Two recent Bryant model 1775 sq. ft. townhouse sales changed the Boatworks community’s home values for interior-facing units. The townhouses: 29 Bayside Drive closed at a list price of $459,000, and 13 Marina Drive sold for its list price of $475,000. Despite representing the lowest prices achieved in the community since the start of the year, overall Boatworks values remain strong compared to what they were the past 12 years.
Two other townhouses changed ownership this year. 72 Boatworks Drive, a Penn design, sold for $490,000, 93% of its list price of $525,000 after 117 days on the market, and 55 Boatworks Drive, a Madison model, sold at its list price of $525,000 in 14 days.
