Of the three Boatworks Bayonne townhouses sold since January this year, 1800 sq. ft. Bryant model 57 Boatworks Drive achieved the highest price of $615,000. It also achieved the highest per sq. ft price of $341.66 per sq. ft. The unit was marketed by Janice Hall of Weichert Realtors.
7 Maritime Way, also a Bryant model, achieved the 2nd highest per sq. ft price of $325. It was marketed by Costanza Realtors.

In late 2004, the first set of townhouses were sold in the waterfront community, and shortly after, owners had their share of market uncertainty. Buying for unusually high prices of the 2005-2006 period, plummeting real estate values when the bubble burst in 2008, and hurricane Sandy in 2012, homeowners who weathered the storm are realizing the equity they only once dreamt of.
Earlier this month, an 1800 sq. ft. Bryant-style townhouse, the 3rd largest style in the community, was sold at $600,000 or $333.33 per square foot.
